Climate control malfunction (PEUGEOT 307 1.4 16V (ET3J4 (KFU)) 2003 - 2008) (post nr 17-004)

Symptom

• The climate control is inoperative on one or both sides

Cause

• Damaged gearwheel teeth, left or right air flap

Left side or right side

Solutions

• Remove the glovebox

• Remove the air flap actuator

• Remove the gearwheel

• Use a screwdriver

• Check the clips before refitting

Note: Check the alignment

• Refit the gearwheel

• Turn the gearwheel anti-clockwise to its stop

Fit the replacement gearwheel over the existing

gearwheel
